This role offers you the chance to directly influence pivotal changes in compensation practices, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, refine, and implement innovative solutions that drive operational excellence. What You Will Do: Lead process reimagination and workflow redesign to support the rollout of the Varicent sales performance platform. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document detailed business requirements. Partner with risk management teams to review process controls, ensuring compliance and data integrity. Develop process flows, training materials, and communication strategies to facilitate change adoption. Design and execute test cases, validating system functionality and business needs. Support frontline operations post-implementation by troubleshooting issues and providing continuous improvement insights. Required Skills: Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in process optimization, business analysis, or operations within financial services. Strong process mapping skills and experience with tools like Lucid or similar. Proven ability to analyze and identify weak points in workflows and propose effective solutions. Experience with business requirement grooming and process documentation. Nice to Have Skills: Familiarity with Varicent or similar sales compensation platforms. Prior experience supporting compensation-related initiatives or transformation projects. Knowledge of risk management controls and system testing procedures.
