Required Skills
- Strong customer service skills, including excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to review and process transfer requests accurately
- Familiarity with financial account transfer procedures (ACAT, Non-ACAT, Mutual Funds)
- Proficiency with LPL application systems or similar brokerage software
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Prior experience in financial services or back-office processing
- Knowledge of compliance standards related to client account transfers
- Ability to communicate effectively with advisors and external firms
Preferred Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in a client service or financial services support role
- Experience working with financial transfer processes or brokerage platforms is a plus

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
- Availability to handle follow-up communication via phone and email
