Account Transfers Specialist

Required Skills

- Knowledge of ACAT, Non-ACAT, and Mutual Fund transfer processes
- Experience handling inbound and outbound client calls
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards
- Bilingual abilities a plus
Preferred Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years experience in account operations or related financial services roles
Other Requirements
- On-site presence required five days a week at the Fort Mill office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
