We’re hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis. This role partners with leaders across the organization to deliver insights, improve processes, and drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights.
- Support financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance initiatives.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Legal, Payroll, and Operations teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of finance, accounting, or financial analysis experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- CPA, Power BI, SQL, SAP, BlackLine, or public accounting experience is a plus.
