Join our dynamic organization as a Workday Data Management Specialist and play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of our HR data systems. In this engaging contract opportunity, you will support the accurate entry, review, and maintenance of employee job and compensation information within Workday, helping us deliver seamless HR services. This role offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment focused on precision and data excellence, with a flexible hybrid schedule tailored to meet operational needs.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience with Workday data entry and transactions (hires, promotions, transfers, pay changes, terminations)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and data analysis capabilities
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR data processes
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with HR partners

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) in Workday
  • PeopleSoft experience
  • Basic understanding of HR workflows and data impacts
  • Previous experience with data validation and auditing
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Prior experience in HR data entry or HRIS management
  • Relevant certification or training in HR systems is a plus

Other Requirements:

  • Onsite presence required four days a week, with flexibility for hours if needed (9-6 or 10-7 shifts may be involved)
  • Ability to start before mid-March, with an initial contract term of six months (potential extension)
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid environment and demonstrate flexibility
