Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience working in technology, data, analytics, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of business operations, products, services, and industry processes is a plus.
- Experience working with data and databases using programming languages and tools such as SQL, Python, Java, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of data modeling concepts, data structures, and scalable data solutions.
- Experience preparing, transforming, and optimizing data for reporting, analytics, and advanced analytical use cases.
- Familiarity with building and supporting data pipelines, integration processes, and large-scale data environments.
- Experience with business intelligence, reporting, and visualization tools.
- Ability to integrate, manage, and leverage data from multiple sources to support business objectives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Effective time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Participation in support or on-call activities may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities
- Support data engineering, analytics, and reporting initiatives to address business needs and improve operational effectiveness.
- Contribute to the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of data management processes, including data acquisition, transformation, quality management, analysis, and visualization.
- Collaborate with business, analytics, and technology teams to integrate data from multiple sources and deliver actionable insights.
- Develop and support scalable data solutions, pipelines, and platforms that enable reporting, analytics, and decision-making.
- Participate in the full lifecycle of data and technology solutions, including design, development, testing, implementation, and support.
- Work independently and collaboratively across multiple layers of technology solutions to deliver business value.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve data quality, accessibility, governance, and operational efficiency.
