Company Overview
Our client is looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their team. This is a hybrid position located in Charlotte, NC.

Essential Job Functions

• Support AVP and Director of FP&A to perform long range planning, working capital, and cash flow analyses and provide support as needed 
• Produce board book reports, financial statements, and assist in the preparation of documents and materials
• Manage revenue pricing, distribute revenue projections to key stakeholders, and identify as well as implement changes
• Represent Financial Planning & Analysis in the ELOR process

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of progressive FP&A experience – forecasting, benchmarking, budget management, complex variance analysis
• Strong understanding of common financial metrics (WACC, ROI, NPV, IRR, etc.)
