Program Manager / Release Train Engineer (RTE)

Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Program Manager, RTE, or similar leadership role in technology delivery.
- Strong background in system migrations, modernization, and technology adoption within a financial services environment.
- Skilled in managing multiple concurrent workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholder engagements.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise technology delivery environments.
- Ability to partner effectively across technical and business teams to facilitate adoption and execution.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience leading large-scale technology transformation initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of enterprise middleware solutions and modern platforms like Kafka or .NET.
- Certifications such as SAFe RTE, PMI-ACP, or PMP.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture and modern development tools.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of program management or RTE experience, specifically in financial services or similar regulated industries.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work on-site in Fort Mill, SC 2-3 times per week in a hybrid model.
- Flexibility to support ongoing program needs, including special initiatives or backfill duties.
- Strong understanding of Agile practices and experience supporting or leading Agile teams.
