Process Excellence Lead – Finance Transformation & Modernization

- Extensive process improvement experience with end-to-end accountability

Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 5 to 8 years of experience in finance operations, transformation, or process improvement
- Proven results in cycle time reduction, error minimization, and control enhancements
Other Requirements:
- Must be available during standard CST hours (8 AM – 5 PM)
- Fully remote with potential for biannual travel
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence at the executive level
