Senior Product Owner
Lead strategic product initiatives in a dynamic risk and compliance organization, driving digital transformation to enhance operational efficiency and risk management capabilities. Top Requirements:
- 5+ years in product management, product ownership, or related discipline
- 3+ years leading Agile teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven experience defining product strategy and delivering outcomes
- Proficiency with Jira or similar tools
Nice to Have:
- Financial services, fintech, risk, or compliance experience
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PSPO, or equivalent
- Experience working in complex, fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives
- Advanced skills in reporting and dashboard development
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Technology, or related field
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple product portfolios
