What You Will Be Doing:
This position is accountable for underwriting all new Small Group ACA business for the entire group of Carrier Partners that we represent. This role effectively collaborates across all areas to ensure a positive customer experience that leads to sales results. The central purpose of this position is to provide a customer-centric focus, model purposeful leadership, and drive sales results for RSM, Brokers, Carrier Partners
Qualifications:
- Comprehensive database and Carrier guideline knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office software, especially MS Outlook, intermediate Excel, MS teams
- Provides brokers with timely, solution-orientated responses to their business needs.
- Salesforce knowledge and understanding of process flow+
- Comprehensive review of new business paperwork to qualify the group, employee eligibility and participation and collaboration to find solutions-based results
- Ability to manage competing priorities, and negotiate mutually successful outcomes
- Detail-oriented, ability to handle variety of tasks
- Collaborate and Partner effectively with internal and external teams
- Mentor assigned employees and new hires to develop their full potential
