Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience, education, or equivalent
- 5+ years in training, talent development, or instructional design
- Strong instructional design skills (storyboarding, adult learning principles, SME collaboration, rapid iteration)
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and adapt to stakeholder feedback
- Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
- Experience managing learning projects and maintaining confidentiality
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI applications in a business setting
- Basic visual/graphic design skills (e.g., PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
- Design and update learning content across multiple formats, including eLearning
- Develop facilitator guides, learner materials, and support resources
- Curate and create content such as videos, discussion guides, and communications
- Support rollout of internal learning programs, including administrative and reporting tasks
- Assist with documentation, processes, and learner communications
Additional Details
- ~70–80% content development, 20–30% program coordination
- Work closely with a small team in an agile, fast-paced environment
- Contribute to evolving learning strategies and adapt to shifting priorities
