HR Specialist 1
Target Pay Rate: $24-27 per hour
Overview:
A leading organization is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to join their team and support human resources operations with a focus on payroll accuracy and regulatory compliance. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, leveraging your expertise with ADP Globalview to ensure seamless HR functions. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate employee records, advising managers, and supporting the organization’s strategic HR initiatives. Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience with ADP Globalview
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now or Workday HCM
- Knowledge of benefits and pay-scale systems
- Previous experience in employee classification and compensation analysis
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2-4 years of relevant HR experience, including payroll and compliance functions
- Prior experience working with HRIS systems, specifically ADP Globalview
Other Requirements:
- Hybrid schedule with remote work on Fridays
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
