Overview
Join a leading organization as an HR Recruiter supporting a busy Talent Acquisition team dedicated to sourcing top talent for professional salaried roles. You will own the full recruiting process from candidate attraction to onboarding, partnering with hiring leaders to deliver a positive candidate experience. Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ recruiting experience
- Full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing expertise
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent communication and partnership-building abilities
- Familiarity with metric-based recruiting environments
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience supporting engineering, product, or IT roles
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
- Knowledge of social media and niche sourcing resources
- Ability to influence and lead change within teams
- Creative problem-solving skills in talent acquisition
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Prior experience working in high-volume recruiting environments
- Proven success in building candidate pipelines and talent communities
Other Requirements
- On-site work Monday through Thursday, with remote Fridays
- Flexibility within regular office hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
