We’re seeking a detail-oriented Financial Data Analyst to support financial reporting, data analysis, contract compliance, and process improvement initiatives. This role partners with stakeholders across the business to deliver insights that improve decision-making, strengthen controls, and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain reporting that supports strategic decision-making.
- Support contract compliance reviews and related financial analysis.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with financial reconciliations, reporting, and journal entry support.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, HR, Legal, Payroll, Risk Management, and Operations teams on cross-functional initiatives.
- Support special projects and ad hoc analysis for leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of accounting, finance, or business analysis experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, SQL, Hyperion/Essbase, BlackLine, or similar financial and reporting tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
