Position Overview:
The Endpoint Support Technician will provide IT operational support for Windows 11 lifecycle activities and daily IT platform services. This includes hardware/software support, system deployments, inventory management, and technical assistance for meetings and conference rooms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals
- Support Windows 11 lifecycle activities, including deployments, upgrades, and end-user assistance
- Perform device refresh and lifecycle replacement services
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues
- Manage user data transfers and software installations
- Maintain accurate hardware, software, and user inventory records
- Provide conference room, meeting, and executive/board-level technical support
- Document, track, and resolve issues through the ticketing system
- Travel between local office locations as needed using a personal vehicle
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on enterprise desktop or endpoint support experience
- Recent experience (within the last 3 years) providing technical support
- Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows 11 and Windows operating systems
- 2+ years of experience supporting desktops, laptops, and tablets in an enterprise domain environment
- 2+ years of experience with device imaging and deployment
- Experience installing, maintaining, and diagnosing computer hardware and peripherals in a networked environment
- Experience supporting operating system and hardware lifecycle replacements
- Ability to work fully on-site and travel locally between office locations
Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ or similar technical certification
- Experience using ServiceNow or comparable ticketing systems
- Experience with software installations and upgrades
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and resolve complex technical issues
