Position Overview:
The Endpoint Support Technician will provide IT operational support for Windows 11 lifecycle activities and daily IT platform services. This includes hardware/software support, system deployments, inventory management, and technical assistance for meetings and conference rooms.
Compensation: $25 – $30 /hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technology support for Windows 11 lifecycle, including deployments and user assistance.
- Perform computer user data and software inventory services.
- Conduct lifecycle replacement for computers and related equipment.
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Support conference rooms, committee meetings, and board meetings.
- Maintain, diagnose, and repair computer hardware, printers, plotters, and peripherals in a networked environment.
- Complete and track assigned tasks in the ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Occasionally travel between office locations (personal vehicle may be required).
Mandatory Requirements
- Fully functional, operationalized work delivery.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs; may be required to pass a medical exam and fitness-for-duty screening.
- Experience with OS and computer hardware lifecycle replacement.
Desirable Qualifications
- CompTIA Technician certification.
Additional Details
- Contractor will maintain client support during standard business hours.
- ServiceNow tickets assigned to the contractor must be processed and completed promptly.
- Initial training will be provided, with an expectation to follow a train-the-trainer model and produce documentation of processes and procedures.
