Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience with Windows OS and MS Office products
- 2+ years of hands-on desktop support experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- PC hardware troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of asset management and inventory processes
Nice to Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience with networking and VOIP hardware/software
- Exposure to scripting and automation tools
- IT Asset Management (ITAM) certification
- Experience with SCCM or deployment scripts
- Familiarity with warranty procedures and vendor management
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Technical certifications in PC hardware, networking, or IT support preferred
- Proven track record of organization and time management in similar roles
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work onsite daily in Fort Mill with minimal supervision
- Flexibility in work hours, including supporting additional tasks as needed
