Qualifications: Ideal Candidate
• Strong delivery manager with testing leadership experience.
• Comfortable leading large, cross-functional initiatives and driving accountability across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Data-driven and focused on continuous improvement.
• Able to build strong partnerships with technology teams, business partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Effective at balancing delivery execution, team coaching, and quality outcomes.
• Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• May be required to comply with applicable organizational policies, standards, and codes of conduct related to professional and ethical business practices.

Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and coordination of end-to-end testing activities for large-scale initiatives.
• Manage manual testing efforts involving multiple business areas, technology teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Coordinate testing schedules, execution activities, defect management, and readiness assessments.
• Facilitate defect triage and resolution discussions.
• Communicate testing results, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with third-party partners and service providers to ensure issues are understood, prioritized, and resolved.

Delivery Management & Team Leadership
• Support the delivery and execution of agile teams and project initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders, product representatives, engineers, architects, and stakeholders to align priorities and delivery plans.
• Facilitate planning, backlog refinement, and coordination activities to ensure work is understood, prioritized, and ready for execution.
• Promote agile delivery practices and support effective team collaboration.
• Identify and help remove impediments that impact delivery.
• Monitor team health, delivery performance, and execution risks.
• Leverage delivery metrics and performance indicators to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Drive improvements in delivery efficiency, quality, and predictability over time.
