Business Analyst III (Senior) — IT Strategy & Integration Manager (Contract, Remote)
Overview
Join an enterprise IT strategy and integration team driving high-impact technology assessments and post-acquisition integration planning across complex healthcare environments. In this senior-level role, you’ll lead IT due diligence and gap analyses for prospective and newly acquired health systems, translate findings into actionable demand requests and business cases, and build practical integration roadmaps that move through governance. This is a hands-on, detail-driven position for someone who can independently navigate complex application and integration workflows while serving as a trusted liaison across architecture, applications, and operational stakeholders. Contract role with potential conversion at the end of assignment.
Required Skills (Top 5)
- IT gap analysis & business process assessment (5+ years)
- IT due diligence experience (5+ years)
- ServiceNow (3+ years)
- Application portfolio management
- Demand management/governance & cross-functional stakeholder management (including clinical/operational partners)
Nice to Have Skills (Top 5)
- Hospital acquisition/integration experience
- Enterprise architecture background
- Epic ecosystem knowledge
- Healthcare interoperability experience (HL7, FHIR, interfaces)
- Certifications/methodologies such as PMP, CBAP, TOGAF, Lean, or Prosci
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience (strong preference for candidates with healthcare provider IT experience, plus deep due diligence, gap assessment, and ServiceNow capability)
- Master’s degree is not required—practical, relevant experience is valued most
Other Requirements
- Remote role (preference for candidates able to support Eastern Time business hours)
- Interview process: 1 virtual 30-minute interview
- Assignment type: Contract with potential to convert near end of assignment
