Required Skills:

  • Proficient in SQL, including joins and aggregations
  • Strong experience with Power BI for dashboard development
  • Solid understanding of relational data, reporting, and data manipulation
  • Excellent Excel skills for data analysis and modeling
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and syntax

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with data reconciliation and system balancing
  • Familiarity with Power Apps or low-code/no-code business process automation
  • Knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF) or similar data integration tools
  • Experience with data quality assessment and anomaly detection
  • Background in data governance or data stewardship roles

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of a High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Demonstrated capability to interpret complex data sets and deliver stakeholder-ready insights

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with one day onsite each week
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
