Procurement/Sourcing Manager
Target Pay Rate: $50-88 per hour

Required Skills:
- Proven negotiation and facilitation skills
- Analytical and data-driven approach with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of procurement systems and processes
- Project management skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Oracle Financial Applications and Ariba procurement system
- Familiarity with eSourcing software applications
- Knowledge of strategic sourcing methodology
- Change management experience
- Cross-functional team collaboration expertise
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
- At least 5+ years of procurement and sourcing experience
- Prior experience with procurement system implementation and support

- Strong business analysis and communication skills
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and vendor management
