Required Skills
- 2-3 years of software development management experience
- 2+ years of AI/ML experience
- Experience with Epic or similar healthcare systems
- Ability to review code and provide technical guidance
- Strong project management and execution skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience leading AI projects in healthcare settings
- Advanced certifications in AI, ML, or related fields
- Knowledge of cloud-based AI platforms
- Background in data science and analytics
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience managing technical teams
- Proven track record of delivering AI/ML projects in healthcare or related industries
Other Requirements
- Hybrid work schedule with onsite presence three days per week
- Ability to work within healthcare security and compliance standards
