EPIC Senior Analyst – Business Intelligence Developer
Contract Position
Target Pay Rate: $50-$60 per hour
Overview
A leading organization is seeking a highly skilled EPIC Senior Analyst to join its Business Intelligence team. This role offers a unique opportunity to design and develop impactful data solutions, partnering with clinical and business stakeholders to deliver accurate and actionable insights. Required Skills
- 3-5 years of BI/report development experience in an Epic environment
- Epic Cogito and Caboodle Certifications
- Strong SQL and relational database expertise
- Experience with Epic Clarity and Caboodle data models
- Ability to troubleshoot and validate complex reports
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Epic Radar Certification
- Healthcare analytics experience
- Dashboard development expertise
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or related field
- Proven track record in health IT or healthcare analytics roles
- Relevant certifications in Epic and BI tools

- Work schedule primarily on-site or hybrid (if applicable)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Clear understanding of healthcare data privacy and security standards
