Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in project, program, or initiative management, or an equivalent combination of work experience, training, military service, and/or education.
- Strong understanding and practical application of project management methodologies, including risk management, quality control, stakeholder communication, and navigating ambiguity.
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels, including external partners and vendors, and influence outcomes without direct authority.
- Experience with project planning and tracking tools such as Microsoft Planner, Jira, Excel, or similar platforms.
- Ability to comply with applicable organizational policies, professional standards, and ethical guidelines related to business conduct and job responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex, high-impact initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies while facilitating timely decision-making and balancing competing priorities.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through clear communication, regular progress updates, and proactive issue resolution.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, consultants, and service providers to ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet expectations.
- Analyze challenges and develop practical solutions, including evaluating potential risks, benefits, and business impacts, while driving alignment among key stakeholders.
- Apply appropriate project management practices to support efficient execution, continuous improvement, and successful outcomes.
