Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs within enterprise environments.
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration and configuration experience, including workflows, validation rules, business process setup, user roles and profiles, reporting, and dashboards.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Streaming APIs.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performing software solutions in complex environments.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies such as Scrum.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
