Qualifications
- Strong project and program management experience leading large, complex technology initiatives
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, issues, blockers, and escalation paths
- Experience with roadmap execution, milestone tracking, and initiative planning
- Ability to coordinate delivery efforts across multiple teams and stakeholder groups
- Experience supporting testing and quality activities, including system, integration, user acceptance testing, readiness planning, defect management, and deployment coordination
- Strong reporting and communication skills, including status updates, leadership reporting, and delivery metrics
- Demonstrated ability to drive issue resolution and facilitate decision-making across competing priorities
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in complex, highly matrixed environments with technology, business, and external partner teams
- Ability to create clarity, drive accountability, and influence outcomes without direct authority
- Experience partnering with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments preferred
Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Program Delivery Lead to support the execution of large, cross-functional technology initiatives. This role is focused on driving delivery outcomes through effective planning, coordination, dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on program leader who can independently manage complex initiatives, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate effectively across technical and business teams. This individual should have a proven track record of driving execution, aligning stakeholders, and delivering results within fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving program execution against defined objectives, milestones, and timelines
- Coordinating activities across multiple teams and workstreams
- Identifying, tracking, and resolving risks, issues, and dependencies
- Facilitating communication and alignment among stakeholders at various levels
- Supporting testing, readiness, and deployment activities as needed
- Providing transparent reporting on program status, progress, and delivery metrics
- Encouraging accountability and helping teams navigate challenges to achieve desired outcomes
This role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence decisions and drive momentum across a broad network of stakeholders.
