Senior Financial Analyst
We’re seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis. This role will partner with leaders across the organization to identify trends, assess financial risks, drive process improvements, and provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
- Support contract and compliance-related financial analysis.
- Drive reporting enhancements, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, HR, Legal, Payroll, and Operations teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years of finance, accounting, or financial analysis experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- CPA, public accounting experience, Power BI, SQL, or ERP experience a plus.
