Job Title: Senior Credit Review Portfolio Specialist – Counterparty Credit Risk
Target Pay Rate: $160,000 – $170,000 per year + bonus

Required Skills
- 8 to 10+ years of commercial credit experience (direct lending, underwriting, workout, credit review, risk management, or regulatory)
- Deep understanding of counterparty credit risk concepts such as limits frameworks, exposure metrics, margin practices, risk sensitivities, stress testing, and trading agreements (ISDA/CSA)
- Strong credit analysis, project management, and leadership skills
- Experience in risk management, lending, or regulatory environments
- Ability to support conclusions through fact-based analysis and influence senior leaders
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Data manipulation and analytical skills
- Proven ability to lead without authority
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, or related business field
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Over 10 years of direct counterparty credit risk, market risk, or credit portfolio management experience, especially within hedge funds, prime brokerage, or regulated funds
- Experience with identifying, assessing, and reporting on emerging risks
- Ability to coach and mentor junior team members
- Proficiency in Excel and AI tools to optimize workflow efficiency
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and risk assessment methodologies
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline
- 8-10+ years of relevant commercial credit or risk management experience, with a focus on counterparty exposures
- Demonstrated expertise in risk analysis, portfolio management, and regulatory engagement
Other Requirements
- Hybrid work schedule, primarily 4 days onsite at designated locations
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- No specific travel, security clearance, or physical requirements specified
- Work authorization for the U.S. is required
