Lead Software Developer – Remote Contract Opportunity
Hourly Pay Range – $85-$100 per hour.

As a Lead Software Developer, you will drive the design and development of scalable, secure cloud-based applications within the healthcare domain, particularly focusing on EHR systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Follow the full software development lifecycle to design, build, and optimize cloud-native applications.
- Lead architectural and system design efforts, ensuring scalability, security, and resilience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical specifications and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerized applications, and infrastructure as code.
- Leverage GenAI tools to accelerate development processes while maintaining strict adherence to best practices.
Top 5 Required Skills:
- Cloud architecture design, especially Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Epic EHR domain expertise and Epic certification preferred
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM)
- CI/CD pipeline development and DevOps practices
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and Git proficiency

- Kubernetes and Docker containerization
- Data technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, Databricks

Preferred Education & Experience:
- Advanced degree or certifications in computer science, software engineering, or related fields

- Proven success leading complex cloud-native applications in healthcare

- Ability to work independently and lead multiple teams or resources
