Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operational accounting activities and month-end close processes
- Assist with the preparation and review of financial statements and supporting schedules
- Manage SEC reporting requirements, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K disclosures
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal policies
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to resolve reporting issues
- Support external audits and coordinate with auditors
- Conduct technical accounting research and documentation
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and reporting efficiencies
- Contribute to special projects and finance initiatives

- Strong operational accounting expertise at the Manager level
- Hands-on SEC reporting experience for a public company
