Senior Project Manager – Clinical Applications
Overview:
Join a high-impact clinical applications program as a Senior Project Manager focused on Epic Revenue Cycle integration. In this role, you’ll lead the full project lifecycle—from definition through implementation—driving scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder alignment across complex revenue cycle workstreams. You’ll be a key connector across teams, coordinating discovery, build, testing, and go-live readiness to keep initiatives moving forward with clarity and momentum.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Epic Revenue Cycle integration experience
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Revenue Cycle workflows (front-end through back-end)
- Patient backload experience
- Charge testing and validation experience
- Proven ability to coordinate discovery, build, testing, and go-live preparation across multiple teams
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting facility integration initiatives
- Experience with both ambulatory and acute workflows
- Strong change management capabilities across project phases
- Advanced skills in project documentation, status reporting, and budget tracking
- Ability to lead and direct the work of others in a cross-functional environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Senior-level project management experience leading full lifecycle implementations in clinical applications and revenue cycle environments.
