Graphic Designer II – Entertainment Marketing & Brand Creative
Overview
Join an award-winning in-house creative agency supporting a leading entertainment brand, where design directly fuels customer engagement and brand growth. This Graphic Designer II role is contract-to-hire (conversion typically begins after ~3 months) and offers hands-on work across digital, social, print, and broadcast-style creative—with the chance to influence brand evolution and high-visibility initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with an Art Director and cross-functional partners, take projects from concept through production, and thrive in a fast-moving environment where excellent craft and smart decision-making stand out.
Required Skills
- Figma expertise (components, libraries, design systems approach)
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Portfolio showcasing strategic design + advertising work (required for submittal)
- Ability to manage multiple projects on tight timelines with flawless execution
- Strong branding and marketing fundamentals (design that supports business goals)
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with generative AI tools for concepting (e.g., Nano Banana, Midjourney) and LLMs (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT)
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Chat, Meet)
- Animation / motion design experience
- Experience using project management tools
- Exposure to testing/implementing new creative tools to improve team workflows
Preferred Education and Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant design experience (in-house creative team or agency)
Other Requirements
- Fully onsite, 5 days/week (no flexibility)
- Must provide an online portfolio at time of submittal
- Contract-to-hire role with expected conversion process beginning after approximately 3 months (typical conversion around 4 months)
