Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Experience: 6+ years of related work experience. Experience working with modern data platforms, including cloud-based data warehousing solutions, SQL-based data querying, and business intelligence tools for dashboard development, reporting, and data visualization. Strong understanding of business processes, data, systems, and technology-enabled solutions. Technically proficient with demonstrated application of business analysis practices and project delivery methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and decision-making skills. Demonstrated facilitation, interviewing, and negotiation capabilities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels, including external partners and vendors, and influence outcomes without direct authority. Proven ability to build relationships, foster collaboration, and communicate effectively across teams. Demonstrates adaptability and the ability to support organizational change initiatives. Able to work effectively in cross-functional and matrixed environments. May be required to complete pre-employment screening requirements, including background checks, in accordance with company policies.
Responsibilities: Leads and contributes to initiatives involving business and technology stakeholders. Responsible for leading or participating in the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business and technical requirements across functional areas and projects of varying scope and complexity. Works independently while mentoring and supporting others to drive successful business outcomes.
