Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in business, technology, product management, or a related field; or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Experience managing one or more products, programs, or initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, collaborate across teams, and support decision-making in a dynamic environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
Experience building relationships and working effectively with stakeholders across functions.
Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and negotiate to drive outcomes.
Experience using customer, user, partner, or business insights to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
2+ years of experience working in a highly collaborative environment with cross-functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders.
Experience with marketing technology platforms, SaaS solutions, web analytics, or related tools is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Support the development and delivery of products, solutions, or initiatives that address customer, user, and business needs.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define priorities, and deliver valuable outcomes.
Contribute to product or business strategy by helping align teams around key objectives and opportunities.
Build shared understanding among stakeholders regarding priorities, goals, and solutions.
Collaborate across disciplines to drive successful execution and achieve desired outcomes.
Participate in all phases of the product lifecycle, from discovery and planning through delivery and continuous improvement.
Demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
Help evaluate customer, user, and business feedback to inform decisions and enhance products or services.
