Who we are:
Our client is a financial services corporation offering a various suite of products. 

Qualifications:
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
6+ years of relevant professional experience in information technology or software development.
Professional certifications in technology-related disciplines are a plus.
Familiarity with insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries is preferred.
Strong planning, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
Experience with database technologies and knowledge of mainframe, distributed, and/or web-based applications and programming languages.
Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Effective time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Commitment to continuous learning and adoption of new technologies.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and technical and non-technical stakeholders.
May require occasional travel, including overnight travel.
May require participation in on-call support rotations.
Must adhere to applicable organizational policies, standards, and codes of conduct related to professional and business responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
Independently perform analysis, design, development, coding, automated testing, debugging, documentation, quality assurance, implementation, and maintenance activities.
Evaluate technical solutions and make well-reasoned design decisions while balancing business and technical considerations.
Work independently across multiple layers of software solutions and systems.
Contribute to the technical design and delivery of new features and enhancements.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver effective technology solutions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to software development processes, tools, and practices.
