Senior EDI Analyst
Overview:

Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of EDI X12 transaction sets (e.g., 850, 875, 856, 810)
- Experience with SAP IDoc processing and error resolution
- Hands-on testing of EDI integrations between trading partners and SAP
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with distributor/route accounting systems such as eoStar, VIP, or Encompass
- Experience with EDI mapping tools like OpenText ALLOY, Contivo, or LENS
- Knowledge of master data management (customers, materials, pricing)
- SAP SD/MM modules experience
- Automation tools for testing and validation
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business (preferred)
- 6+ years of hands-on EDI standards and transaction testing experience
- 5+ years working with SAP IDocs and distributor systems
- 3+ years managing end-to-end EDI testing cycles, including onboarding and certification
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel occasionally for technical collaboration or conferences
- Ability to work hybrid, with 2 days in-office as per business needs
