Qualifications:
Degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent work experience. Demonstrated experience working in an IT or technology-focused role. Familiarity with financial or business-related products is a plus. Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are important. Experience with databases and exposure to various programming environments or technologies is helpful. Basic leadership capabilities are a plus. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential. Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve skills. Ability to collaborate across teams and work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. May participate in after-hours or on-call support as needed. Certain roles may also require adherence to internal policies governing professional conduct and personal activities.
Responsibilities:
Perform analysis, development, and implementation tasks across the software lifecycle, including requirements gathering, coding, testing, debugging, design, documentation, and maintenance. Make informed technical decisions and evaluate trade-offs. Work across multiple systems with increasing independence. Contribute to design discussions and technical solutions. Continue building expertise in relevant technical areas.
