Project Manager II

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience managing multiple large-scale projects
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
  • Ability to analyze and resolve project issues efficiently

Nice to Have Skills:

  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification
  • Experience with ERP or enterprise software implementations
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet)
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure or technical environments
  • Previous healthcare or regulated industry experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within a corporate or healthcare setting
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and managing project lifecycle

Other Requirements:

  • Remote with availability for occasional travel as needed
  • Relevant project management certifications preferred
  • Ability to adapt to a primarily remote work environment with occasional on-site visits
