Business Analyst II

Required Skills:
- Requirements gathering and process mapping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder facilitation and communication
- Experience supporting ERP systems, preferably Infor, SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics
- Knowledge of testing coordination, impact analysis, and documentation practices
Nice to Have Skills:
- Healthcare or large enterprise environment experience
- Familiarity with integrations, reporting, and security roles in ERP
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and tools such as ServiceNow
- Background in process redesign and operational readiness
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or application delivery
- Proven experience supporting ERP enhancements and implementations
Other Requirements:
- Remote with occasional travel and on-site presence as needed (excluding certain states)
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives with competing deadlines
- Strong documentation and traceability skills
