Our client is looking to add a Director of Telematics, Product Management to their team. This is a hybrid position located in Charlotte, NC.
Essential Job Functions
- Define and execute product management strategies that support telematics innovation and business growth.
- Serve as the primary liaison with industry partners to propagate the adoption of mesh hardware.
- Lead value realization initiatives by collaborating with department stakeholders to maximize ROI.
- Develop and maintain strong external communication channels with railroad partners to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product roadmap decisions.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture strategies, standards, and IT policies.
- Champion digital security and enforce best practices across telematics systems.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management and value creation.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data-driven decision-making
- Strong ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10% (Charlotte-based).
