Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3–5+ years of experience in customer service, operations, financial services, or business processing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
Responsibilities
- Perform a range of operational tasks supporting complex securities or cash-related transactions
- Process, reconcile, and research transactions and inquiries
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Review time-sensitive and complex documents
- Create or update internal procedures as needed
- Collaborate across multiple departments
- Prepare department-level reports using multiple data sources
- Provide training or guidance to junior staff
- Act as back-up support for other teams or desks
- Handle frequent customer interaction with minimal supervision
- Manage daily processing, risk management, and compliance activities
- Maintain and set up accounts, systems, or processes
