What You Will Be Doing:
As a Warranty Administrator, under limited supervision, you are responsible for facilitating all service startup and repair requests for Key Account and Key Account Service Customers. This includes managing each service request through to full completion and accurate cost allocation. This position is required to closely interact with Customers, Project Managers, Parts Supply, and other assigned project staff to ensure the timely completion of each service request
Qualifications:
- SalesForce data management
- Field Service work order creation and management
- Managing incoming and outgoing communication of new and existing work order status
- Managing Field Service report data for accuracy and timely completion
- Creation and updating customer data information in CRM
- Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff
- Connect and communicates with customers and their representatives, including building owners, mechanical contractors, other trades, subcontractors, and field support staff
