Overview: Join a premier financial services organization as a Video Conference Support Technician and play a key role in providing high-touch, white-glove AV and video conferencing support for executives and internal stakeholders. In this mission-critical onsite position, you will support internal meetings, mergers, workshops, and other large-scale events with professionalism, precision, and a calm demeanor under pressure.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of hands-on Audio/Visual experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong customer service skills with a calming and composed demeanor.
- Advanced experience with Webex (4+ years), along with solid knowledge of Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Demonstrated experience in live production support (A1/V1-level support preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and quickly resolve high-impact technical issues.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism.
- Flexible to work overtime as needed.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Vendor management experience related to AV or IT services.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field.
- CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification or equivalent.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field. CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification or equivalent.
Other Requirements:
- Must have a white-glove service approach with confidence and poise.
- Adaptable to changing environments, especially during merger or integration activities.
- Strong production mindset including sound, lighting, and live event execution.
- The position may involve working with executives under pressure and staying calm during challenging situations.
