Responsibilities
• Collaborate regularly with internal stakeholders, external partners, and operational teams to help ensure services are delivered in line with agreed expectations.
• Provide general support to technology teams and business units on activities related to supplier and vendor coordination.
• Maintain necessary documentation and assist with record tracking to support operational and compliance needs.
• Develop an understanding of organizational priorities and evolving initiatives, and provide open, constructive feedback related to changes.
• Support and promote organizational initiatives by encouraging alignment and adoption among colleagues and partners.
• Ensure information is communicated accurately and assist with basic reporting activities as needed.
• Work collaboratively with vendor management peers and operational teams across the organization.
• Maintain ongoing engagement with third-party providers that support daily operations.
• Participate in projects and additional tasks as assigned.
