What You Will Be Doing:
Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integrated communication systems for businesses, combining various communication channels like voice calls, video conferencing, instant messaging, and email into a single, unified platform for seamless user experience across different devices; essentially, they manage the infrastructure and functionality of a company’s unified communications system, ensuring smooth communication flow across all platforms.
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience of telecommunications
- 1 years of technical hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications suite of products
- Basic understanding of networking, including QoS.Desktop experience
- Soft skills are important: strong communication!
