About the Role
Our client is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join their team in Denver. This role is perfect for someone with an eye for detail, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for creating seamless user experiences. While prior experience is valuable, our client is open to candidates who may have fewer years in the field but demonstrate strong potential and a willingness to grow.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, user-friendly interfaces that align with business and user needs.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate ideas and iterate on feedback.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine design decisions.
- Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and best practices across applications.
- Stay informed on UI/UX trends, tools, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in UI design and development (portfolio required).
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and usability testing.
- Experience designing IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems and SMS/email routing flows is a huge plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be able to work on-site in Denver.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with AWS Connect or other cloud-based platforms.
- Previous experience in software or technology-driven environments.
