Required Skills:

Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in financial services or banking
- Background in sales, cross-selling, upselling, or product referrals
- Prior contact center experience (phone, chat, or video)
- Personal Banking experience handling high client volumes
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Prior experience in banking, financial services, or call centers is advantageous
Other Requirements:
- On-site work located in East Providence, RI 02915
- Schedule options include Tuesday – Saturday 12 pm – 9 pm, Tuesday – Friday 9 am – 7 pm, or other similar shifts
- Ability to manage risk and handle sensitive customer data responsibly
