Summary:
Seeking a production-focused artist (not a web designer) with strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Word. The role is heavily print-based (e.g., business cards, stationery, reformatting logos), with some digital outputs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to handle repetitive tasks while following brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare print and digital artwork using Word, InDesign, and Adobe tools
- Support consistent design across recurring projects
- Follow brand guidelines, work from templates, and handle basic ADA tagging
- Communicate effectively with marketers, programmers, and non-design stakeholders
- Participate in testing, file troubleshooting, and light technical consultation
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree (or higher) in graphic design or related field
- 2–5+ years of production/design experience
- Strong knowledge of print production, layout, typography, and brand compliance
- Comfortable working cross-platform (Mac & PC)
- Basic understanding of programming or file formatting helpful
- Work samples highly encouraged
