Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Associate supports a high-volume recruiting team by ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience. Key responsibilities include scheduling, reporting, sourcing, and screening, while maintaining close coordination with recruiters and business partners. Success in this role requires agility, organization, and determination to help deliver a top-tier hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review employment applications for assigned locations, contact qualified candidates to complete required questionnaires, and schedule virtual or on-site interviews nationwide
  • Lead sourcing efforts to attract high-quality applicants
  • Support recruiting-related projects in collaboration with business units
  • Communicate HR and company initiatives, particularly those related to recruiting
  • Provide exceptional customer service through strong communication, follow-through, prioritization, and urgency
  • Handle reporting, applicant screening, and other assigned projects
