Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Experience developing cloud-based applications using AWS and Python
- Strong Java development experience, including microservices and Spring Boot frameworks
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with AWS services including compute, containerization, networking, and load balancing solutions
- Knowledge of cloud security, secrets management, and virtual private cloud (VPC) configurations
- Experience with NoSQL databases and caching technologies
- Familiarity with API management, DNS services, and cloud networking concepts
- Understanding of infrastructure and networking principles within cloud environments
- Experience with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements and develop effective software solutions.
- Design, develop, test, debug, document, implement, and maintain applications and services.
- Make sound technical decisions, evaluating design options and trade-offs.
- Contribute across multiple layers of the technology stack as needed.
- Participate in technical discussions, solution design, and architectural planning.
- Develop and execute automated testing to ensure solution quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Support ongoing improvements to application performance, security, and operational efficiency.
