Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have several years of experience working with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions, with exposure to areas such as risk management, policy and compliance, issue management, and third-party risk processes. Broader experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) disciplines—such as cyber risk, regulatory compliance, audit, or vendor risk—is preferred, along with familiarity with common industry frameworks and standards.

The candidate should be able to interpret business and regulatory expectations and translate them into practical system configurations and workflows. Experience supporting system implementations is important, including participation in design discussions, contributing to configuration decisions, assisting with testing activities, and resolving system-related issues.

A general understanding of platform capabilities (such as data structures, workflows, reporting, and access management) is helpful, as is the ability to document processes and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.


Responsibilities

This role will support the implementation and ongoing execution of ServiceNow IRM and TPRM capabilities used by risk and compliance teams. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal stakeholders and implementation partners to contribute to system design, configuration, and deployment aligned with organizational processes and objectives.

The role involves assisting in translating business requirements into system functionality, supporting configuration of risk and control frameworks, and contributing to workflow and reporting design. It also includes participation in testing efforts, helping identify and address configuration issues, and promoting consistency across implemented solutions.

Additionally, the individual may help document system configurations and procedures and support coordination across teams to ensure effective delivery and adoption of risk management capabilities.
